• Usage data: Page views and basic analytics collected via Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to help us improve the product.

• To provide and maintain the Toast Master Days service
• To authenticate your identity and manage your account
• To enable club management features (memberships, agendas, meetings)
• To power AI-generated Table Topics and track usage limits
• To analyze usage patterns and improve the platform

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore). Data is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure and protected by Google's security measures. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

Toast Master Days uses the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase: Authentication and data storage
• Google Analytics: Website usage analytics
• Vercel: Hosting and deployment analytics
• OpenAI: AI-powered Table Topics generation (no personal data is sent to OpenAI)

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (Firebase session tokens). Google Analytics may also set cookies to track anonymous usage patterns. No advertising cookies are used.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Managed timer sessions automatically expire and are deleted after 1 hour of inactivity. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.
