1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Toast Master Days (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Toast Master Days is a free web-based platform designed for Toastmasters clubs. It provides speech timers, Table Topics generation, meeting agenda management, club management, and related tools to help clubs run effective meetings.

3. User Accounts

• You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating clubs or managing meetings.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Abuse the AI topic generation feature (subject to monthly limits)
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious content or spam through any feature

5. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you create (club data, agendas, custom topics).
• AI-generated Table Topics are provided as-is and may be used freely within your club activities.
• By using the Service, you grant Toast Master Days a license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Table Topics generated by AI are created using OpenAI's language models. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for all audiences. Users are encouraged to review topics before using them in meetings.

7. Service Availability

Toast Master Days is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

8. Usage Limits

• AI Table Topics generation is limited to 30 topics per user per month.
• Managed timer sessions expire after 1 hour of inactivity.
• We reserve the right to adjust these limits as needed to maintain service quality.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toast Master Days and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided free of charge, and our total liability shall not exceed $0.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Disclaimer

Toast Master Days is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Toastmasters International. “Toastmasters” is a registered trademark of Toastmasters International. Toast Master Days is an independent tool built to support Toastmasters club activities.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
